> Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is error-free.
> An order placed by you constitutes an offer. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your product and send a confirmation email. Until acceptance, ESYSENSE reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. If canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

4. Warranty
ESYSENSE warrants its products against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
For disputes, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
