1. Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping (Surface/Air): Available across India through trusted courier partners.


2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery method, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available) will attract an additional fee of ₹120, disclosed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service locations.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days of confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Surface shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Air shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you promptly.


4. Risk & Condition of Goods

  • We ensure safe packaging and timely dispatch. Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the courier accepts the shipment.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. International Shipping

  • We currently deliver to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout.


6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will be governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.


7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions. In such cases, we will inform you and provide revised delivery timelines.
