RETURN & REFUND POLICY

(Effective from 20 August, 2024)

Thank you for shopping with ESYSENSE TECH INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • To request a return, please email us at ecom@esysense.com with your order details.

  • No Replacement Request would be entertained after 15 Days of Order.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or incorrect item received, ESYSENSE will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind / not required, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of delays from banks or payment gateways, additional processing time may apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom / personalized products

  • Personal care & hygiene products (beauty, grooming, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Gift cards & promotional items

⚠ Note: Sale items may not be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, contact us immediately at ecom@esysense.com or call +91-9650802609. We will arrange a free replacement or refund as per your preference.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for another variant, please initiate a return as above and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
